Luggage Inspired Furniture

Well today I finally picked up the latest issue of Living Etc. {November 2010} and started perusing my favorite glossy when I finally had a chance to sit down and relax this evening.   I’ve barely dived in and already found a fantabulous product to show you.  I think this idea is brilliant!  I’ve been on the prowl for white luggage to use as decor in my apartment… I haven’t found it yet but when I saw these new furniture pieces from Heals, I thought it was genius!

Taking the idea of luggage and turning into furniture, very creative don’t you think!  They have a few different styles, 2-drawer night table, 6-drawer dresser and the 4-drawer dresser.  In addition, they come in six different colors, another way to add subtle color to your home.

A vintage, colonial travel inspired design with thick aniline leather handles. Drawers are mounted on high quality self-close runners. Finished with a satin sheen lacquer in six neutral colours. Made in Italy.
